How to tell who checked out licenses?

Currently our PSIM licenses are using dongle (Gemalto).  How do I see who checked out licenses in the past, or who is currently using?

    HI, Lieu,

    Please launch your web browser, and type "http://localhost:1947/_int_/devices.html" in the address bar.

    This will open the "Sentinel Admin Control Center". 

    This Hasp key license managing tool is provided and supported by Thales which acquired Gemalto in 2019.
