In Print3D, in the Printer Setup Dialog the 'advanced settings' as well as in the Run Analysis Dialog 'process parameters' do not show up.
Is there a way to display these, or is it perhaps a restriction of the demo-version?

There has been no information on thermal since 2022. Printer Setup Dialog the 'advanced settings / Run Analysis Dialog 'process parameters' Altair developing a function to calculate it with inherent strain.I recommend you to use Calibrate function.
