I have added another field into these 3 tables, Name1, Name2, Name3 AFTER the append was created. The append is not wanting to stack the data, but create separate columns. I have validated the formats and name are the same. The append is part of the first steps in the workspace, so hoping there is a fix for this and I just missed the "how to". Her are some screen shots.
