Why doesn't Thea Render license show in my Altair account?

Hello,

I just bought a lease license for Thea Render, but it doesn't show in my Altair account. Also trying to activate it in Sketchup, but it shows an error message saying that requested feature name was not found in licenses.

Could you please help me with this?
