Filter Blanks and zeros

Hello  

Just created my first data prep studio model and im trying to analyze my data.  i would like to remove blank rows and rows with zero's.

    Hi Fidencio,

    You can do this with a filter.  Click the small arrow in the column heading and select "Apply Filter".  Then choose "Multiple Selection" from the Expression drop down.



    Tick the options that you want to exclude.  Depending on the data source, your empty fields may be showing as blanks or <null>, or both.  Finally, tick the 'Exclude selected values' at the bottom of the dialog box and click OK.

    If you want to edit the filter, or anything else you have done, remember to edit the original step in the Change History on the right hand side rather than creating a new duplicate action.

    There is also the option under Transform ->Extract Rows
    Transform Typethat will allow you remove rows where there is a blank, nulls or whitespace only no matter what column it is in.
