Dear Sir,

1) How find the damped natural frequency of a damped free single degree of freedom spring mass damper system using optistruct?(ref figure No. 1) 

 

2) How to find the combined deflection of a node in a spring mass damper system which is under gravity load and transient impulse torsional load.

Output response angular displacement and Angular velocity plot required in  Time Vs Rx, Ry and Rz. 

 

Request you help me how to find the desired response.
