Black screen in the hyperworks

Hello folks, what's going on?
I am using the version 2021.1 and 2021.2 trying to simulate a simple assembly of 2 components. My notebook is new, it has NVIDIA 2GB dedicated graphics card and it's still not working, because it's appearing a black screen in the hyperworks in the way that I am using it. How can I solve and deal with that? May you help me, please? 

In this picture, I have nor insert the component yet and it have already present this black screen.

    Hi Thiago Timóteo,

     

    Does your laptop has only a dedicated graphics card or has switchable graphics(intel(integrated into the CPU) + Nvidia GPU)?

    If it has switchable graphics you need to set HyperWorks to use Nvidia graphic card, not the Intel one.
