You can use the Element/Handle Visualization bar as shown below to turn on values/magnitude for loads/forces.

Panels are gone as of version 2023.0

Hi Jeevan,

In addition, to adjust size of indicators for constraints and loads, go to File>Preferences> Appearance under Hypermesh. Adjust label Size: under Constraints. Under Loads, choose Uniform or Percentage and adjust value. Other switches are there as well for displaying text/indicators/etc.
