For the pouch create a surface in the required shape and create the surface set for the same which you can recall in the monitored volume card.

Hi,
I think this model was taken from an open web source. It will be difficult to create such a profile in HyperMesh as it is not meant for CAD modelling. We can only create basic profiles in HyperMesh with which you can try creating such a profile.

There is no specific card or method to check the material failure.With the available simulation results user can check for the same in the model.

Suppose i am simulating air balloon. I am filling air in balloon but after its capacity it get burst. If i want simulate this case, how can i do?

Hi,
This is possible to simulate. You can try with a failure card in the model ( like /FAIL/TENSSTRAIN , which a strain failure model).
Else just define a burst pressure (Pmax) in the /MONVOL card. Pmax is the maximum pressure that can be reach in the volume. When this maximum pressure is reached then the pressure in the volume is set to Pext and no venting occurs anymore. This would be like bursting.

Hi,
Yes, you can fill the pouch with liquid. You can try with SPH particles for the same.
But let me know what is your objective of the analysis.
