Hi,
You can try by creating a rigid impactor, where you can assign the mass, and apply the imposed displacement to the rigid impactor.

Hi,
It seems it is a static load case.
If the load remains throughout the time., you can consider it as a static analysis and use optistruct where give a lumped mass of 100 kg using rbe3 element. Make the bottom of the bottle constrained considering it is rested on ground or apply relevant constraints as per the physical environment.

Hiiii
George, I need more explanation about this.
How can I apply displacement to this?
How should I get Bottle behaviour after 24 hrs of laoding?

Hi,
As Gopal suggested above, this is a static case and you have to try the same in OptiStruct.

Hi,
The result of static analysis is independent of time. Thus, whatever the result you get in static run can be considered for the result at any time .
