I can't use the sim coupler block, the "un link mode" and "out link mode" blocks, I have followed the steps in the pdf tutorial, please can you give me any solution?

Unfortunately, the PSIM students edition license doesn't include the co-simulation features. However, the Academic Version which is the "professor license" (distinct from the student license), should include these features if the university possesses enough Altair Units.
If your university has the Academic edition license, you may attempt to access these features through that avenue.
