After installation Getting Error - LoadLibrary failed with error 87

After installation of the software, I am getting an error LoadLibrary failed with error 87: The parameter is incorrect while trying to load the software. 

Can you tell me please, how can I fix it?

• Graphic card information
• which Inspire Extrude version installed?
• Do you have the latest Graphic driver?
• Do you have the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package?
