why hyperview crash so often when i want to import the second model and results?

When i try to import a second model(.inp) and its result(.odb) to make comparison between the two models, hyperview crash so unexpected and often, very anoying.

From the hyperview interface, i can see the hyperview got stuck, but from the Task Manager list, no warning about the status,  but list shows hypermesh is running behind and took high utilization of CPU when the hypermesh window is not opened. 

Is this unexpected crash resulting from CPU or memory shortage?
