S-Frame does not start after splash screen

Hello,

 

I work for the IT department and I am trying to package the new version of S-FRAME for deployment.

I'm having a lot of trouble with the new Altair installer for S-FRAME.

I have installed AltairS-FRAME2022.2_win64.exe on my computer and I am unable to start S-FRAME.

After a short splash screen, the application stops and the process in the task manager disappears.

I was never prompted the login screen to enter my Altair One credentials.

 

Is there any manipulations I could do to try solving this?

It worked on my Virtual Machine >AFTER I installed S-CONCRETE and activated it.

Doesn't work on my laptop with S-FRAME only.

However, we do not know the particularities in your case, so we'd like to investigate deeper as to what might be going on in your case. Could you please let us know if you installed using the MSI files or the EXE files? Do you receive any error messages or pop-up windows when the software is not launching correctly? Are you trying to access the CBE version of the software or the Altair Units (from Altair One) version? Are you attempting to access the software using your credentials or your colleagues'?
