Hi Vanessa,Based on your description I believe you are using Data Prep studio. As you already figured it out, for each state you will need to create a separate table (e.g tbl_CA, tbl_TX, etc) , and then create 5 exports for each table. If you use Monarch classic, you can create 5 filters (one filter for each state), then use export and export tables, then select all filters. Configured the output to be created for each filter (a separate file for each filter) or one Excel file, and multiple worksheet tab for each filter.Noticed in the following screenshot the Export table is selected, and All Filter is selected. If you select By Files option then a separate file will be created. The file names will be based on the filter name (e.g. ca.xlsx, tx.xlsx). If you select By Tables , then multiple worksheets will be created in one Excel file. The worksheet name will be based on the filter name. Per Al's suggestion, you can also create a Summary in Monarch classic, and use exporting summary data based on key value changes. When you build a summary, the first column must be the state field column.Currently the above functionalities are only available in Monarch Classic.Regards------------------------------Mo AbdolrahimSenior Implementation & Integration EngineerDatawatch CorporationMA(978) 935-3840-------------------------------------------------------------------------Original Message:Sent: 09-11-2019 05:03 PMFrom: Vanessa TannerSubject: Export multiple reports from one tableHelloDoes anyone have experience with exporting multiple reports easily based on a key value. For example I have one file with 100 lines for 5 different states my key would be "CA', "TX", "CO", "NV", and "NM". Is there anyway to export each states file separately? Right now the only way I know how to do this is filter, then export, filter and export over and over. Or create 5 table each with a different export.------------------------------Vanessa Tanner------------------------------"

Hello Mo,Thank you for the guidance above I went ahead and used classic to create my multiple exports easily and the team is thrilled because this saves so much time. In DPS you can export a worksheet with one tab as your table and another tab as your summary. Since DPS does not have the ability to export based on filter my question is does classic have the ability to export tables and summaries based on the filter value into the same report?------------------------------Vanessa TannerManager Optimization ServicesGap Inc Store LabsSan Francisco NM(505) 462-0455-------------------------------------------------------------------------Original Message:Sent: 09-12-2019 05:23 AMFrom: Mahmoud AbdolrahimSubject: Export multiple reports from one tableHi Vanessa,Based on your description I believe you are using Data Prep studio.
