Geometry is not showing after importing NX CAD File into Hypermesh CFD

I am trying to import a NX CAD file into HyperMesh CFD. Every time that I do, I am able to click the open button and on the bottom left it says it will load everything and end with "Ready". However, nothing appears on my screen and its just blank.

Ive updated all drivers on my computer and tried reinstalling the software to no avail.

    Does anything show in the Part Browser (model tree)?  Does anything show if you click the 'Fit Selected' icon at the bottom of the display window - the little box inside a magnifying glass?

    Are you able to attach the NX file you want to import?

    Are you attempting to open the NX .prt file directly?  If so - which version of NX?

    You may also want to try exporting a parasolid file from NX - then import that.  If NX gives you options for which parasolid version to export - I would suggest reducing the version number used, in case HMCFD is a few parasolid versions behind NX.
