ERROR # 7538 during lattice optimization

Hello, 

 

 

I have some problem during a lattice optimization with the OSSRMSH parameter active. The optimization stop due to this error:

 

 
  *** ERROR # 7538 ***
  OSSmoothing procedure in combination with lattice optimization
  failed. For more details please see the ossmooth log file.

 

How can I solve the problem?

    Which version of OptiStruct are you using? I tried your beam.fem file with the latest OptiStruct (2020.1) and it ran successfully without that error.
