Hyperworks 2021.1 can't open parameter/criteria browser (ribbon bar freeze)

Hello,

if I try to open the parameter/criteria editor in the mesh ribbon bar (or via the panels menu) hypermesh freezes and has to be forced to close. This occurs independently of the current model. 

Is this a known issue/ how could I try to resolve this? 

 

Supplement: 

I work on two screens - if I choose display on one screen the parameter editor appears! So there has to be some graphics issue with the pop-up window of the parameter editor.

If anyone knows a better workaround - I'd be very happy if you let me know!

That is strange.  Is your graphics card up to date?
