Can you see whom in your company is designated as license manager for Altair products?
Normally they must have received an email with the new license, in case your old license does not work with v.2024.

AFAIK, if you are on an active "support" plan, you are eligible for version up.
We had a problem with running 2024, but it is because the licenses are updated manually and the manager did not yet reach the company by the list. After asking, we received the updated license.

Yes, I contacted our license manager, and we have or had received a license. Altair 2024 is running. Thank you for your support.

our 2024 is running now, after the license has been installed or activated. The answer to my question was, yes, new version, new license required, but is usually provided automatically or very fast to the designated license manager, see Zaina's reply. Thank you for support and caring.
