Hi, i need to do analysis on RSW process. 2-dimensional axisymmetric FEA model of RSW process need to be model. transient thermal analysis also need to be done to see the temperature distribution during the welding process.

If you want to model the whole resistor interacting with the part, use Flux.
Otherwise, if you know the amount of power injected per surface or volume (W/(m^2) or W/(m^3)) use SimLab.
