Configure the laser power in Inspire Print 3D

Hi!

Last week I installed the educational version of Altair Inspire 2023 and I have a problem. When I use the Print 3D I can't configure the laser power. I don't have the advanced options of the printer and neither the option that enables to edit the laser power in the analsys tool. I don't know where can I change this.

    Hello Soraya,

    Print 3D does not allow the user to handle laser info as an Input parameter as it runs on the inherent strain method. Here you can calibrate material and print characteristics by actually printing a test coupon and measuring deformation. You put those obtained deformation values and powder layer to calibrate such material that later can be used for simulation.
