Unfortunately we don't have specific example on this but to consider the hall sensors you have to pinpoint the accurate location of the sensible element in the space (3D case) and the direction of the magnetic induction that the sensor can read.
So you can simplify the model using an equivalent small air box, that represents the sensor; in this way you can use the added geometry to fix a good mesh in this region (mapped mesh is suggested) and then you can just create a B sensor in the point.
At the end you can just compare the thresholds of the real sensors (see the datasheet) with the values that you obtained to understand how the sensor is working changing the position of the magnet, for example.
