How S-Line Calculate Minimum Reinforcement. I provided reinforcement which is less than minimum as per CSA A23.3-14, but S-Line pass the minimum reinforcement clause. Whereas I model the same section in S-Concrete it gives a minimum reinforcement error.

    Hello Hadi,

Thanks for posting in the Altair community forums. My name is Andrés and I will gladly assist with your request.

We appreciate the elaboration. In this case, it might be easier to continue the investigation if you share your two different models with us. Would you be able to share these with us via a different platform? Our community forums won't allow you to send these file types, but you can surely send them both to hwsupport@altair.com and provide any additional details you may consider relevant. This will create a ticket on our separate technical support platform, where we can continue the conversation.

From the two screenshots shared below, you will see that the Minimum Shear Reinforcement calculations for the CSA A23.3:14 are the same (Clauses 11.2.8.1 & 11.2.8.2; 11.3.8.1, 11.3.8.3 & 11.3.8.4) in S-LINE and S-CONCRETE, but your two examples may offer us a better idea as to why one model is issuing a message and the other is not:

We hope this preliminary information may help, and we look forward to diving deeper into your request upon receiving your models. We will remain attentive to your message to continue assisting. Feel free to ask any additional questions in the meantime.

    Kind regards,
