sensors for deactivation of imposed velocity (Radioss)

I am making a simulation for the bush fitment analysis (explicit) and I have a query about sensors for the attached function curves. Basically, a guide pin will be pushing the bush against a solid component, which is fixed, and uses the imposed velocity curve as shown in the function 1 picture. However, after reaching certain reaction force, I want to use a sensor such that function 1 imposed velocity is deactivated and at the same time function 2 imposed velocity to be activated (which is for the guide pin to go up). The total running time of my simulation is around 12ms. However, I do not know the time when the force is going to reach the certain value when the bush is pressing against the component. So I am thinking to use the sensors option in the Radioss for activation and deactivation of the imposed velocity curves. Please suggest a way to make use of sensors for this kind of setup.

Thank you in advance

    Hi

I am not sure if I understood your question.

But if you have previous knowledge of limit force you need to have, you can use it in a curve with /CLOAD to load and unload.

side note, for /IMPVEL, you need to start the the /FUNCT in  (0,0),

If you really need it to start at the (0,0.04), it would be need to apply an /INIVEL with same magnitude.

    I hope this is helpful
