Probably reinstalled Optistruct AND the master installer separately multiple times. Optistruct is still not linking to Hyperworks/Hypermesh and when I try to run Optistruct from the ProgramFiles, I get that the following files are missing:

cublasLt64_10.dll
cublas64_10.dll
cusparse64_10.dll
