What are the commands to run FEKO in the Linux terminal?

I would like to have a list for commands to run and edit FEKO through the terminal. They are not available through the website.

    The command line options are given in section 7 of the User Manual, "Feko Utilities"

    These commands will work in Windows and Linux. In a Linux terminal though usually you have initialize the Feko environment first, by running

    . /<installation path>/feko/bin/initfeko

    Note the space between the .  and /
