Restarting with Frozen Flow

I'm modeling forced convection with different thermal loads (i.e. 250W 500W 100W). I have gone through ACU-T: 3101 Transient Conjugate Heat Transfer in a Mixing Elbow tutorial. So is it enough to solve flow and turbulence for one case and temperature field alone for the rest cases?
Thank you.

If the fluid properties are independent of temperature (so constant properties), you should be fine going through just the thermal solve on that 'frozen' flow result.  It will save a lot of simulation time.
