How to implement periodic mesh (same nodes on opposite surfaces) of a cuboid model in hypermesh?

I have a cuboid model of a textile composite in abaqus . I want to have periodic mesh i.e same nodes on opposite surfaces aligned with each other. How to implement the periodic mesh in hypermesh and export it to abaqus for fem analysis for implementing periodic boundary conditions on the model?
