Hello,

Is there an example for Shielding effectiveness of a enclosure? I am interested on evaluate the shielding and its cavity resonances.
Is there the option to put an isotropic broadband source according the frequency range I want to evaluate?

Thanks in advance,

Roberto

    Hello,

    1) Is there an example for Shielding effectiveness of a enclosure? I am interested on evaluate the shielding and its cavity resonances.

-> Please refer to the example (D.1 Shielding Factor of a Sphere with Finite Conductivity)  in the Feko example guide.

    2) Is there the option to put an isotropic broadband source according the frequency range I want to evaluate?

-> Please have the attached Feko file to show how to implement the isotropic antenna using a .ffe file. (The .ffe file includes only one frequency, but you could define a broad-band simulation frequency in CADFEKO).

-> Comments from the attached Feko file's creator: The easiest way is actually to generate a corresponding ffe file. you will find the 3D pattern of an isotric radiator, which you can use as a source and receiving antenna.

    Thank you.
