Cannot open Altair Inspire -- DLL (Dynamic Link Library) error

Hello,
After following all of the instructions to install Inspire given in the following link: https://47251.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/47251/ASE_Process_A1_GAP/Step4_Activate_Software_with_StudentLicenseKey.pdf
When I open the software I see the following message:
Altair Inspire window will open, but it is "empty" and then the above error window opens.
I have tried erasing, re-dowloading and get the same message. I followed the instructions, does anyone have any tips to get the software running?

Hi,
Can you please check if DLL is present on your system?
