(Err: -40)

 I am trying to use SimSolid but when i use the license  I get the following license error:  (Err: -40) While checking out feature "GlobalZoneAM": Requested feature name was not found in licenses. In ispire Cast i can use the software with normality. I need help

    Hello,

    You have two issues here:

    1) your local license file (C:\Users\Usuario\Downloads\altair_lic.dat) does not have SimSolid feature.

    2) your administrators has put you in group with access with no Managed license. Please talk to them to get access to your Managed license.
