It is not possible to reactivate the student edition after restoring the computer

At the university we use the Hyperwork programme. I also had this installed until recently. But I recently had to restore my computer. After I did this, I wanted to reinstall and reactivate Hyperworks. Unfortunately this was not possible as it was already activated on the old system. Is there a way to deactivate the licence on the old system without having access to the old system?image

    Hi,

    Your license has been deactivated from the old system. Now you should be able to activate the student license on the current system. Please try to activate the license and let me know if it works.
