Running parallel simulations not longer possible with Inspire 2020.1?

Dear,
when launching a "maximize stiffness" optimization I used to define multiple mass targets and run different optimizations in parallel.
However, since Inspire 2020.1, only the first process runs and the others fail.
I receive following message:
A license for the InspireOptistructSolver feature couldn't be found. A valid license is currently unavailable. PLease ensure you are connected to the network and have a valid license"
How could this being fixed?
Thanks!

This sounds like you do not have enough Altair units to run the number of jobs you have submitted. Do you know how many Units you have? Please try submitting just 2 jobs. If 2 jobs run and however many job you submitted does not you may be hitting your limit. If this does not work please let us know.Mark0

Dear Mark,
Thanks for your reply.
in the meantime I'm also in contact with Altair support. We have 15 units since several (6) years and never had this issue.
I tried several things:
- Running 2 completely different optimizations within the same file
- Launching one optimization run with different weight targetsAs soon as 1 proces is running, Inspire gives me an error for the others.

Simon

Our license agreements have changed over the years. 15 units sounds small!! I am not sure what the 2020.1 license agreement is, but with only 15 units I think you should only be able to run one at a time. Do yo know who your account manager is? I think we need to get them involved.
