Kindly let me know what element size would you like to keep? I also see the problem is for some risers the sleeves are missing! That will throw the error, but why the sleeves are missing? as the input file has complete geometry!;

I tried running the file it's taking a long time, I would recommend you to use Virtual mold to overcome such type of issues. Yuu can delete the current mold and use Virtual mold.
Mesh size is 4mm, failed to run with 2020.1
Succeeded with 2020.01
