Hi Uri,
kindly let me know what type error are you getting or if you can share a snapshot.
Regards,
Sourav
I would recommend you to use a higher element size, for such a big size component. or you can use Run virtual mold.
Regards
I was able to run the virtual mold.
Got an error message while running Virtual mold.

Got an error message while running Virtual mold. 1. Link to the last file version https://we.tl/t-QV227Di0LU Please advise. please send me the icust file that you managed to run.
In the run dialog, there is an advance tab and in that, there is a mesh component factor, reduce the riser factor. This may solve your problem.

Hello
I got the same error (try decreasing the minimum thickness) with the file you managed to run.
1. Please keep in mind that your version is higher then mine. (Mine is 2020.1.1)
2. What were the mesh parameters that you used?
3. Please advise, (Foundry is waiting...)
I decreased the risers mesh factor to 0.6 (Using virtual mold file: https://we.tl/t-QV227Di0LU)
Got the same error message (try decreasing the minimum thickness part 191)
Please advise.
Reduced the average mesh size from 8 mm to 6 mm. (Virtual mold)
Now getting the message below without additional details

CLEAN FILE casting only, no fill, chills risers etc

Getting the same error.

Hello Sourav
Thanks for responses.
1. Did you use Virtual mold?
2. What mesh parameters did you use?
Most of my simulations were with average thickness 8 mm and all failed.
Now I am running the simulation, (all items included) with element size 8 mm. Mesh is O.K
Thanks again.
Uri.

1. Yes Virtual mold with 8mm mesh size.
I also did one simulation with mesh parameter 6 mm without Virtual mold, which I have sent you via WeTransfer (https://we.tl/t-Y4VyaO7qDu).
What is the accuracy difference in results between mold and virtual mold?
