When I go to the 'View' menu, the 'Assembly Browser' choice is grayed out. I cannot select it and enable the 'Assembly Browser.' Screen shot is attached.
Why can't I open the 'Assembly Browser?'

The assembly browser opens only in Engineering Solutions application.
