Problem activating my license

When I try finish the last step of activating my license, which is through the license setup dialog, I get an error code 9. This window pops up during the software startup and I can thus not access the license setup dialog. I don't know if there is another way to access this dialog. Please help.

    Hi Sanele, 

    which is the procuedure you are following in order to activate your license? 

    Can you share the full error output to take a look at it?
