How to mesh an optimized structure after performing topology optimization?

Hi,

I have done a topology optimization on a shell and need to export the final model in iges format. I imported the optimized model into hypermesh using OSsmooth and tried to mesh it. But the meshing isn't properly done. Can anyone help me solve this?

I am also attaching the method I followed to use OSsmooth.

Manjunath,

Looking at the displayed image, my suggestion is to do a bit of geometry cleanup to remove some of the un necessary fixed points and also use a smaller mesh size, something more appropriate to the model features dimensions.
