License problem: error code 9 can run OptiStruct but cannot run Radioss on Hyperworks student edition

Hi,

I am trying to run Radioss on Hyperworks student edition but I am getting license error.

When I run with OptiStruct Hyperworks had no issue.

License file name, Ethernet ID are correctly defined as I have checked many times according to forums.

This is the exact error I get from Hypermesh.

    HI, Apologies for the delay, please send us the Radioss input files that do not solve and produces this error

    Hey, thank you for your message. I managed to fix the issue. It seems that in Hyperworks Radioss, the default number of threads used for computation is 12. When I change it to 4 threads, it no longer has a license issue!
