For Thermal Module, No of Parallel MOSFET and Rg_on and Rg_off value

Hello, I am using the Thermal Module to estimate losses. My hardware consists of 3 of the MOSFET in Parallel with Separate turn-on and turn-off Gate Resistance. Does the Thermal Model add Rg_on and Rg_off to all fets in Parallel or is it a single Rg_on and Rg_off shared among all 3 FETS?

In your hardware circuit, if each MOSFET has separate Rg_on (and Rg_off), and if Rg_on (and Rg_off) value is the same for all 3 MOSFETs, you may use those values in the parameter dialog for 3 MOSFET in parallel.

If a single Rg_on is shared with all MOSFETs, you need to divide the resistance value by the number of MOSFET in parallel.
