Reset Quiz Certification

As I am completing the certification for Non Linear Analysis with OptiStruct Advanced Examination exam the quiz is locked. I have completed 3 attempts in the Bolt pretension about 3/4 of the quizz  and further, no attempts are allowed can I get one more attempt to complete certification?

Also i think a few questions could be phrased better cause they are a bit ambiguous ( ie It asks wether 1D bolt pretension uses 1D rigid elements . In my understanding it does use both rigid(RBE2 web)  and non rigid elemets (in form of CBEAM, CROD, CBAR) however the pretension is applied in the non rigid elements so it is not clear what the answer is.

Your attempts for the Non-Linear Analysis with OptiStruct Advanced Examination have been reset. You now have three more attempts for this quiz.

Moreover, please note you will be required to score 80% of the total marks in each quiz, to complete the examination and receive the certificate. Also, note that you are allowed only three attempts in each quiz, so if unsuccessful in your first attempt, you should review the learning course, read the questions more carefully and do better in the next two attempts. Your highest score among all three attempts will be considered. If the score is below 80% in all three attempts, you cannot complete the examination.
