Problem with launching PSIM with AltairOne license.

Hi.

I have an AltairOne license for PSIM from an academic program at my University.  But the PSIM isn't launching. The License Setup shows that "This computer is authorized." as expected. 

But the error message shown above is presented.

The same problem occurs when the procedure to generate an Auth Code is used, and the Auth Code is pasted into the Altair Licensing Utility.

Then I would like to know if anyone can help me to solve this problem.

Hi Rondineli,

While the license is authorized on your machine, it appears that the Hosted/Managed license does not have the required PSIMPowerSupply feature. Please work with your university IT admin and the Altair EDU team to get this feature added to your University's license file.
