Hyperworks license error code 9 and 40 when logging in
Hi,
I am having problems logging into Hyperworks.
On startup, the login box appears, but I get the following license error:

I have no VPN active and also tried to disable the firewall.
My account is active and it is not a student account.
According to this I have no Altair_license.dat file and only want to log in with my acount.
When I try to start another program like Hypermesh I get an error message (error code 9).
I hope you can help me!

Hi Max,
Do you remember how did you solve this problem?
I've had exactly the same issue using EDEM and don't know how to proceed. Thank you in advance,
Best regards,
