Heat transfer problem with glue connection (RBE3)

I am performing a heat transfer simulation (steady state).

The model consists of 2 plates joined together by a glue connector. One plate is heated up, the other one is at the ambient temperature.

The problem I have is that when I look at the result, the RBE3 elements seem to act as insulators (see image below), the bottom surface is hooter that the upper surface, the blue region is the glue. I know it is possible to specify a thermal expansion coefficient for these elements but is it possible to specify a thermal conductivity value as well?

I believe you could use the FREEZE contact instead of RBE3s for this glue connection.

If you are interested on to define the thermal properties of the bounding material, try to define the bounding element as a solid region.
