Problems running FSI heat transfer analysis with OptiStruct

I am trying to run a heat transfer FSI analysis and i keep getting this error : ABORTING RUN DUE TO UNEXPECTED ERROR CONDITION.

I am following the steps from OS-T: 1610 Thermal Fluid-Structure Interaction Analysis on a Manifold.

What can i do to fix this?

What is the version of OptiStruct and AcuSolve you are running?

Could you share the *.out file of the OptiStruct run that is ending with error?

I am currently running 2020.1.0 Optistruct and 2020.1.0 AcuSolve

hi,

I faced the same error on this tutorial.
This Thermal FSI can only be run using OS & Acu v2019.0.

Other versions will result in error like yours.

Additionally, in the FSI card on OS model, you need to set FSI Data = 3.

The tutorial guide is wrong when show the FSI data = 1.
