Licensing problem with Sulis

Would like to ask your help for license activation.

I have followed to instructions but without success. The program returns answer "Could not activate license. Hard Disk ID: 14410D7059CB"

 

What I am doing wrong?

Your license is only valid for use in the Asia Pacific region and it looks like you are trying to access it from Europe/Africa which will not work.

I am located currently in UAE as I indicated during the registration of the account. And I am accessing the license from the same location (Dubai, UAE)

Then you might have another issue. I will create a support case so that a specialist can contact you and look into it further.
