How do I analyze the mesh on a model?

I'm gettign the error "Error: Found elements which are not connected by faces in model part: fluid_model_part. Please, check your mesh!". So how do I check my mesh? I've extruded all the faces that make contact by 0.010" and still get this error so I really need to the software to show me where the problem is.
