Interpreting Optistruct Errors

Dear Experts,

 

I am quite new to Optistruct and I am in the process of understanding the output file.

 

How do I debug the errors  that are  given in # XXXX format? Is there support document for these errors?

 

I have attached 2 files demonstrating the errors.

 

Any tips/suggestions are welcome.
