Do you mean to 'sequence' your pretensioning?
Radioss doesn't have 'steps' as such like an Implicit solver, everything is in time domain, so if you are using SPR_PRE for example for pretension, you can specify different load/time curves for your pretension springs, or use time sensors with a delay in order to sequence your pretensioning.
