How to gradually increase the thickness of the laminate?

Hello,

I have the geometry as shown in the photo. I created it from a carbon fiber composite, having middlesurface, creating plies, giving them thickness, and then creating a laminate. I would like to strengthen the structure by GRADUALLY increasing the thickness on the curved surface. How to do it in HyperWorks?

you could refine this curved region, keeping the mesh aligned, and then you will create your plies in HyperWorks, as you would do it physically, adding additional layers where you need a thicker portion.
